Are there minimum contract terms?
No. All ZEP plans are cancellable monthly. There is no minimum contract period. You can cancel at any time at the end of the current billing period.
What happens when the number of users changes?
You can add or remove users at any time. Billing adjusts automatically. New users are charged pro rata for the remaining month.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes. Starting from a certain team size (depending on the chosen plan), we offer individual pricing. Use the price calculator on this page or contact our sales team for a custom offer.
How flexible are upgrades between plans?
Upgrades are possible at any time and take effect immediately. You only pay the difference for the remaining billing period. A downgrade is possible at the end of the current month.
Are there enterprise offers?
Yes. For companies with special requirements for security, compliance, or integrations, we offer custom enterprise packages. Contact our sales team for a personal consultation.
What is included in the free trial?
During the 14-day trial, you have access to all features of the selected plan – without restrictions and without a credit card. After the trial, you can subscribe to the plan or switch to a different plan.
How does billing work?
Billing is monthly via invoice or direct debit. You receive a detailed invoice with a breakdown by users and modules. Annual prepayment is available on request.
